Please try a clean re-install using our PLITCH Utilities Tool. Here's how to do that: Run the PLITCH Utilities Tool that comes with the PLITCH Client and is located in the PLITCH Installation folder. Click on 'Cleanup Registry and Files' and wait for the tool to finish.
